our story
We are a team of young men and women who deeply love God and people.

Most of us have served in ministry together for 15 - 20 years on the west coast and abroad. We've served in various ministries together, including being the founding team behind many great ministries like the LEAD Retreats in Lake Tahoe, NV and the Summit young adults camp in Big Bear, CA. We have hosted several successful youth conferences, managed multi-million dollar building projects from design, to fundraising, to construction, pioneered a small group discipleship ministry within the Romanian community which spanned to 80 weekly students and 7 groups meeting since 2006 until present day, created national marketing campaigns, ran yearly men's and women's retreats that grew in attendance and impact for over 8 years, and we even had an app on the iPhone in 2012 promoting our events. Needless to say, it has been a fun and extremely rewarding couple of decades.

Our team comprises of individuals skilled in the following areas: building project management and consultation in over a dozen countries from licensed professionals, national & local social media marketing campaign implementation, youth ministry on local and national levels, men's and women's ministry on local and national level, leadership development, small group discipleship creation & implementation, sound & video ministry creation & implementation, Sunday school ministry directorship, event management, medical ministry, military chaplaincy, graphic design, and many other areas.

Our team is a skeleton crew of highly skilled veterans. This makes us light and agile while still being very impactful. Being efficient and effective is one of our highest goals in our methodology.

We've come to know each other very well and we all share the same deep burden of fulfilling our calling for God's kingdom. We're always looking for other people who share the same burden for this generation.

Church Support
We offer church support in all areas and departments. Our hope is to help Pastors fulfill the vision God has given them for their churches.
Leadership
We help create & invest in leaders through our LEAD Retreat events and one-on-one coaching/mentoring.
Discipleship
We believe in the great commission. We want to be disciples who make disciples in the way Jesus modeled.
Disaster Relief
We partner with other great organizations to help communities recovering from natural disasters.
Aid
There are communities all around the world that haven't experienced a natural disaster but still need aid. We partner to help these communities.
how we do it
Discipleship
We focus on developing disciples through providing resources and coaching for building consistent disciplines we believe are vital to each disciples daily walk, and we focus on making disciples, as Jesus commanded us to, through small group discipleship and personal mentoring. Our model for discipleship is to model Christ as best we can.
lEAD rETREAT
The LEAD retreat is a weekend retreat designed to give leaders a chance to rest, be honored for their work, invest in their own spiritual growth, meet other leaders in the trenches, and be refreshed in their ministry. During the weekend, leaders will be equipped and reinvigorated for the great work of taking the gospel to the ends of the earth.
The
Summit
The Summit is our young adults camp. It is a unique experience where we think and pray through every part of this 5 day event. We are very intentional about providing a space to worship, learn more about Jesus, and build relationships. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of deep connection and growth, both in spirit and life.
